These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Remote Technologies website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services.
1: Definitions
- “Company” refers to Remote Technologies and its operators.
- “Client” refers to any business or individual using our recruitment or staffing services.
- “Candidate” refers to any individual applying for jobs or registered in our talent network.
- “Services” refers to all staffing, recruitment, talent matching, and related services.
- “Platform” refers to our website and any digital tools we provide.
2: Services Description
Staff Augmentation
Providing skilled professionals to extend client teams on a flexible engagement model.
Recruitment Services
Full-cycle talent acquisition including sourcing, vetting, and placement of staff.
Dedicated Remote Teams
Building and managing fully dedicated remote teams as an extension of your organization.
IT & Tech Staffing
Specialized placement of engineers and developers across all modern tech stacks.
3: Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information about job requirements and hiring needs.
- Treat all candidates and placed professionals with respect and in compliance with employment laws.
- Notify Remote Technologies promptly if a placed professional is not meeting expectations.
- Pay all agreed fees in accordance with the payment terms in your service agreement.
- Not directly solicit candidates introduced by us for 12 months without paying the placement fee.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate information.
4: Candidate Obligations
- Provide truthful and accurate information about your skills, experience, and qualifications.
- Notify us immediately if any information you provided becomes inaccurate.
- Attend scheduled interviews unless reasonable advance notice of cancellation is given.
- Not misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or work history at any stage.
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions with clients.
5: Fees & Payment Terms
- Recruitment Fees: A percentage of placed candidate’s first-year salary or fixed fee as agree.
- Staff Augmentation: Billed monthly or hourly as agreed in the service contract.
- Dedicated Teams: Fixed monthly retainer covering all team members and admin costs.
- Payment: Invoices due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
6: Replacement Guarantee
- If a placed candidate leaves or is found unsuitable within 14 days, we provide a replacement at no charge.
- The guarantee applies to permanent placements and dedicated team members only.
- Void if the client has not fulfilled payment obligations or acted in breach of these Terms.
7: Limitation of Liability
- Remote Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
- We do not guarantee the performance of any candidate beyond the replacement guarantee period.
8: Prohibited Use
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate profiles.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without authorization.
- Engage in any discriminatory hiring practices.
- Circumvent our platform to directly contact candidates outside of our agreed process.
- Use our services in violation of any applicable laws.
9: Governing Law & Disputes
- Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.
- If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to mediation before legal proceedings.
- Legal proceedings subject to the jurisdiction agreed in the individual service contract.
